About Us

Indian Lake Estates (ILE) is a large, planned rural residential and commercial gated community with more than 7500 acres and 700 residences. The community includes fishing, boating, golfing and country club activities along with postal, church, dining, pier, and lake front facilities.

ILE, Inc. is the corporate entity that owns the common property and facilities managed by a Board of Directors.  The Board is elected by the resident property owners. ILE, Inc. operates as a 501c4 Florida not-for-profit corporation with an annual budget in excess of $2 million and a current assets valuation greater than $20 million. ILE’s Operations, Maintenance and Administrative offices are located at 7510 Red Grange Blvd in Indian Lake Estates. Additionally, two satellite facilities are operated: one at the Roads & Grounds Maintenance complex and the other at the Golf Course Maintenance complex.

Volunteers are very important to the management of Indian Lake Estates.  The Corporation employs a small staff in the Office, Restaurant, Pro Shop and workers for Golf and Grounds maintenance.  Social events, Library, and cultural activities are voluntarily run and managed by Community volunteers.  These volunteers contribute to the enjoyment of life in our Community.  We have well-established Clubs and Groups and there is always room for new ones!   Learn More

Volunteers also make up the Board of Directors and the various Committees that guide the professional staff and oversee the workings of the Corporation.  Everything from Finance Committee to Beautification is managed by committees who make recommendations to the Board in it's policy-making role.  Board Members and community members work together in these committees which meet at least once a month.   Learn More
